How to Brew Your Own Worm Tea
(and Why Your Plants Will Love It)
Using vermicompost tea (also known as worm tea) is a phenomenal way to naturally enrich your soil, strengthen your plants, and support a thriving, chemical-free garden. Made by steeping nutrient-rich worm castings in water—often with added aeration—this living liquid is packed with beneficial microbes, enzymes, and organic compounds that boost soil health and plant vitality. Whether you're watering vegetables, flowers, fruit trees, or houseplants, vermicompost tea enhances root health, improves nutrient uptake, helps plants resist pests and diseases, and provides an extra boost during stressful times like transplanting, dry spells, or flowering stages.
